Ordering and Shipping Conditions: Please be advised that if paying by cheque or bank transfer we wait until the money clears our account before mailing out your order. You will received a separate email detailing the address to send payment to. Colours may appear differently from monitor to monitor; SIOz takes every effort to describe the colours as accurately as possible. Be sure to order enough yarn for your projects, as hand-painted yarns are unique to the lots in which they are dyed. We strive to provide excellent and friendly customer service. Should you have questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. Any product, including yarn that is reported with a fault must be returned if an exchange or refund is requested. That means at no cost to the customer if I verify the complaint. And this includes excessive joins. Payment refunds are processed only upon return of goods and defect verified. Apologies for any inconvenience or delay in this processing, but alas, this is the process that ensures fairness and accuracy. There are no returns in case of artistry - the colour is as it is when it is painted. That is the beauty of hand-painted yarns and fibres. If you aren't sure of a colour, it is better to ring or email to ask before ordering. We're happy to help.
